Meet your teachers

In-Person Senior Lead Trainer: Sarah Black

Sarah is a 1,000+ hour trained yoga teacher with extensive experience:

● Trained in Vinyasa Yoga with Erin Prichard in 2017.

● Studied Hatha/Ashtanga in Rishikesh (2019) with Pankaj Kaintura and Naveen Mingwall.

● Recently completed advanced training with Stewart Gilchrist in London.

● Furthered her studies across India and hosted retreats in Rishikesh and Mysore.

● 15 years’ experience in Primary Education, with a dedication to supportive and joyful

learning to foster growth.

Sarah is passionate about sharing yoga’s traditions to help others find freedom amidst modern life’s challenges.
