Is sitting behind a screen all day killing the vibe at work? Want to promote better wellness, health and mindfulness? Maybe it would just be nice to get the team moving before work or over lunchtime?

Get in touch to discuss weekly classes in the studio, one-off sessions or perhaps some office bonding with lunchtime mini retreats?!

  • Bring your team to our studio. We'll take a few minutes to unwind and focus on our breath, then move through some yoga together. Our yoga flow can be as energetic or as chill as you like, with a focus on desk therapy asanas (postures) to combat too much sitting in front of a screen.

    Afterwards, the wonderful team downstairs at Second Home cafe will provide lunchtime buddha bowls and chai tea lates all round. Letting your team unwind and debrief over their yoga practice together.

  • More of a morning crew? Join us for a morning yoga session followed by a glorious brunch from Second Home Cafe. Starting your day with movement, nutritious food and some herbal teas and fresh oj.

  • More energy in the evening? Finish work and bring your team for an evening wind down flow or yin session, followed by a mocktail making session! You could even plan a wee dinner out after.

  • PS. Yoga not your thing? Jenna from JG Pilates can also lead your crew through a pilates class in place of the yoga. As long as folk are moving and breathing together, we’re happy however you want to practice.
